Your Owner Portal
The owner portal is a valuable tool, and one of the best ways to stay informed about what is happening at your investment property. You can log in 24 hours a day, from any spot in the world. Noble Real Estate Services can help you get started, and we’re happy to answer any questions you have about accessing and using your owner portal.
To access your account:
- You will have to call us to confirm the email that you want to use, we will send you a link to create your account. Once your account is set up, you will go to www.NobleProperties.info and then Owner Login at the top right hand side.
- On the login screen, enter username: the email that you gave us and password: that you chose and click login.
When do I receive my rent?
We pay our owners electronically, using an ACH Transfer. In most cases, you can expect to receive your rent payment by the 1st of each month. If the first falls on a weekend, you can expect to see your deposit on the next business day. Payment processing continues each day through the 15th of the month and then is processed once per week until the end of the month. Direct deposit is available by filling out the Direct Deposit Form available in the Owner Forms tab.
Accessing owner reports is another benefit to your online portal. Your Owner Statement is similar to a profit and loss statement, where you can see all the income and expenses associated with your rental property. The beginning balance reminds you of the prior month’s activity and shows any expenses involved in turnover or other occurrences. You’ll see revenues and expenses in line items on the report.
You will be able to see bills as they relate to your Owner Statement.
During Tax time you will be able to access your 1099 forms.
Make contributions to your property using your existing ePay account or Credit Card, for a fee.
You can change your password, send us a message, and manage other aspects of your account through this portal.
If you misplace your password contact the office and we will gladly issue a new one.
Unsuccessfully attempting to log in 3 times will lock your account for 30 minutes.
