Noble Real Estate Services has been managing my property for a couple years now, exactly November of 2014. When they took over, the tenant that i had placed was behind about six months in rent and they were able to collect all of that rent and put the tenant to pay on time. Since then the tenant has moved out and I wanted to give a little rehab to the property and again Noble Real Estate Services helped me with contractor work and gave me great prices and a fast turnaround. I now have a new tenant that’s paying rent on time.
